General Overview
At Remote Pioneers, we are committed to providing a high-quality recruitment experience. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures transparency and protects both our business and clients.
This policy applies to all recruitment services, including candidate placements and monthly services like dedicated account management.

Upfront Recruitment Fees

Upfront admin/recruitment fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on sourcing candidates for the role.

If a client chooses to cancel the recruitment process before sourcing begins, a 50% refund will be issued upon written request within 7 days of payment.

No refund will be provided after candidate profiles have been submitted to the client.

Placement Fees

Placement fees (12-15% of the candidate’s first-year salary) are payable after a successful hire and before the candidate begins employment.

Should the candidate leave voluntarily or be terminated for performance-related reasons within 90 days of their start date, Remote Pioneers will provide:

One free replacement candidate, or
-
A 50% refund of the placement fee, if a replacement cannot be sourced within 30 days.

This guarantee does not apply if the candidate is terminated due to redundancy, company closure, restructuring, or changes in job scope or work environment.

Monthly Subscription Services
(For services such as Account Manager or Database Access)

Clients may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

No refunds are provided for unused time within the current billing month.

Service Delivery Failures
If Remote Pioneers is unable to deliver candidate profiles within the discussed time frame, the client may request a full refund of any upfront recruitment fee paid.

Dispute Resolution
All refund and cancellation disputes must be submitted in writing. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
