About the Role
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business goals
Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and continuous iteration
Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality features
Prioritize the product backlog based on impact, effort, and urgency
Analyze product performance, user behavior, and customer feedback to inform decisions
Stay on top of industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
Be an advocate for the user and ensure a great end-to-end product experience
Requirements
Relevant Degree
3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech environment (SaaS or B2B preferred)
Proven track record of shipping successful products or features
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset—comfortable using metrics to drive decisions
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, and Google Analytics
Empathy for users and a passion for creating simple, intuitive solutions
